I was starting to have trouble starting my car as the keys were having a hard time going in. It was getting stuck midway and had to hit a "sweet spot" to turn it on. After a few failed attempts to turn on the car in 99 degree weather I decided to call Rick. He gave me a quote based on the issues I was having and scheduled an appointment the next day. He rebuilt the tumbler and gave me a new programmed key. He was very professional and polite. His prices are very competitive and probably one of the best prices in the valley.
